The Legislative Branch of the County of Maui has procured the following contract, Approved for Sole Source Procurement pursuant to Section 3-122-81, (3), Hawaii Administrative Rules:
Notice to Attorneys and Law Firms Interested in Providing Legal Services to the Maui County Council, the Office of the County Auditor, and The Office of the County Clerk:
INVITATION FOR BIDS to Furnish Labor and Materials for Interior Renovations at Kalana O Maui-Seventh Floor and Kalana Pakui Frist Floor in accordance with IFB 22-004OCS must be received electronically no later than 14:00 HST, on May 13, 2022 at county.council@mauicounty.us.
A pre-bid conference will be held on April 28, 2022 at 10:00 HST at Kalana O
Maui, 200 South High Street, Room 703, Wailuku, HI. Prospective bidders who
plan to attend the pre-bid conference must notify the Director of Council Services
by April 17, 2022, 16:30 HST of their planned attendance and to receive
instructions on attending the pre-conference.
