Free workshops on Maui to help citizens learn about the state’s legislative process entitled “We the Powerful!” will be hosted by the Hawaii State Public Access Room from Monday through Thursday next week.
The workshops are open to the public, and no registration or prior experience is required. Topics include understanding the legislative process, delivering effective testimony, making sense of the calendar and deadlines and using the legislature’s website.
