Economic Development and Budget Committee solicits questions from the public
Wailuku, Hawaii—The Economic Development and Budget Committee invites the public to submit their questions via written or oral testimony for its meeting tomorrow at 4:30 p.m. The meeting can be accessed at https://bluejeans.com/612388111.
Committee Chair Keani Rawlins-Fernandez said the Committee will be discussing the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, rules, CARES Act and related issues.
The public may address their questions to the Councilmembers, members of the Administration, Maui District Health Officer Dr. Lorrin Pang or Department of Transportation Airports Division Deputy Director Ross Higashi.
“The Committee will try to get answers to as many questions as time allows, but any unanswered questions will be submitted for written responses after the meeting,” Rawlins-Fernandez said. “If there are questions for departments unable to attend the meeting, I will submit those for written responses as well.”
Members of the public are encouraged to submit their questions in writing to allow more time for responses during the meeting. Written testimony and questions can be submitted to edb.committee@mauicounty.us.
